Sponsorship Opportunities

The Homeland Hospice 5K and Memory Walk is an annual fundraiser that attracts hundreds of family members, friends, business friends, and Homeland staff. All proceeds help fund benevolent care and the extra services we provide for hospice patients and families. On behalf of our residents, patients and families, we are truly grateful for your kind support.

Sponsorship Levels

Rosemary – $5,000
Logo* predominantly displayed on the back of the participant t-shirts and listed on this event website; 12 runners/walkers are FREE to participate; if participant names are submitted by August 14, they will receive an event t-shirt; social media posts highlighting your organization; special recognition at the event on September 14.

Remembrance – $2,500
Logo* (or name) displayed on the back of the participant t-shirts and listed on this event website; Eight runners/walkers are FREE to participate; if participant names are submitted by August 14, they will receive an event t-shirt; social media posts highlighting your organization; special recognition at the event on September 14.

Peace & Comfort – $1,000
Name* typeset on the back of the participant t-shirts and listed on this event website; Four runners/walkers are FREE to participate; if participant names are submitted by August 14, they will receive an event t-shirt; social media posts; special recognition at the event on September 14.

Kinship – $500
Name* typeset on the back of the participant t-shirts and listed on this event website; Two runners/walkers are FREE to participate; if participant names are submitted by August 14, they will receive an event t-shirt; social media posts; special recognition at the event on September 14.

* To ensure your logo and/or name is displayed on our event t-shirt, sponsorship form and digital logo (EPS, PDF 300 DPI) must be received by Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Sponsorships received after this date will still be able to enjoy the rest of the benefits as listed above. Likewise, the earlier we get your logo, the sooner they will be added to this website.
