We are celebrating Homeland Hospice’s commitment to families in the Central PA counties we serve with TWO monumental events in 2024!
10TH ANNUAL 5K AND MEMORY WALK is a beloved annual tradition serving to remember those we’ve lost and to raise funds to support those who need care today. Funds raised support extra supportive services like massage, music therapy and additional in-home relief hours as well as residents of Homeland Center whose financial resources have been exhausted.
HISTORY, HEART & HONOR will mark 15 YEARS of providing exceptional end of life care to those we serve and pay tribute to over 156 years of caring for our community. Our teams have touched thousands of lives, working hand-in-hand with families, caregivers, friends, and medical professionals to provide meaningful support to those who have entrusted their lives to us.
