The Homeland Hospice 5K and Memory Walk is an annual fundraiser that attracts hundreds of family members, friends, business friends, and Homeland staff. All proceeds help fund benevolent care and the extra services we provide for hospice patients and families. Sponsorships received after this date will still be able to enjoy the rest of the benefits as listed above. Likewise, the earlier we get your logo, the sooner they will be added to this website.
