Homeland Hospice is proud to celebrate 15 years of providing exceptional quality care to the communities we serve throughout Central PA.
We are extremely grateful for the generous support of individuals, like yourself, and organizations, as well as to the thousands of families who have trusted us and welcomed us into their homes, their hospital rooms … and their hearts.
We invite you to join us as we celebrate the enormous impact on those with whom we have been privileged to uplift and serve by sponsoring a person or group to decorate a large heart-shaped canvas.
All Hearts will be exhibited at our 15th anniversary event, History, Heart & Honor, on November 23rd at the Scottish Rite Theatre, and include a special plaque recognizing your generous contribution, as well as the name of the artist or group who decorates the heart.
All proceeds support benevolent care and the additional services provided to our patients and their families.
Sponsorship criteria: Any individual, company or organization can sponsor any individual, group, or organization to create Heart artwork to be displayed at Homeland Hospice’s 15th anniversary event on November 23, 2024.
Supplied: A blank (appx.) 24″ x 24″ heart will be supplied by Homeland Hospice to designated artist(s).
Shape: Choose from three different Heart shapes:
MUST INCLUDE: The number “15” for Homeland Hospice’s 15th Anniversary
Age requirement: None
Medium: Any
Final artwork: Must be able to be hung flat on a wall or placed on an easel, with a maximum final size of 27×27, and minimum final size of 20×20.
Rights of rejection: All submissions must be suitable for all audiences. Homeland Hospice reserves the right to reject submissions that are offensive.
Copyright: Hearts will become the property of Homeland Hospice until after the November 23 event.
Non-exclusive Permissions: By entering this art initiative, you are granting us a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork on our homelandathome.org, homelandcenter.org, and homelandevents.org websites, in our newsletters, and in all promotions to the general public. Artwork will not be used for any other purpose than that which is stated here.
Submission Deadlines: Finished hearts may be delivered to Homeland Hospice at 2300 Vartan Way, Suite 270, Harrisburg PA 17110, no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30.
