15th Anniversary Hearts

Homeland Hospice is extremely grateful for the support of those who have trusted us and welcomed us into their homes, hospital rooms and hearts for more than 15 years.

More than 50 hearts were decorated and generously sponsored for display at our 15th anniversary event held in November 2024.
