History, Heart & Honor… Hats off to the Homeland Hospice 15th was a celebration that marked 15 years of providing exceptional end-of-life care to those we serve and pay tribute to over 157 years of caring for our community. We honored Homeland’s history, the history of the hospice movement, our hospice patients and families – and particularly the Veterans we’ve served and all Veterans in Central Pennsylvania. We also honored and shared stories of our team members who provide exceptional care with what we like to call “The Heart of Hospice.”
